A great way to start a healthier new year… drink Green Juice! With a handful of organic greens and basic vegetables, we make fresh juice within minutes. All you need is a juicer and you’ll be ready to begin feeling great… drink it first thing in the morning, or detox with a Juice Fast / Feast.

QUICK TIP: ( I forgot to mention) to help with clean-up, line your pulp receptacle with a clear produce bag from the grocery store.

Here’s the recipe (everything is organic):The Base:
• 2 celery stalks
• 1/2 large cucumber
• 1/2 peeled lemon (leave on white pith)
• 1/2 apple (you can add more to sweeten)
• Ginger (thumbnail size)

Leafy Greens (use what ever is available & organic):
• 1/2 bunch of cilantro
• Handful baby spinach
• 5 baby Dinosaur Kale Leaves
• Green Chard (1 large leaf)
